Interest charge on interest free MBNA CARD

Hello, i have an MBNA credit card with 0% interest on both balance transfers & purchases until April 2022. However i have been charged 90p interest on my latest statement which also shows an estimated interest of £2.44 on next months statement. I notice that there is a difference between "promotional" purchases & "standard" purchases & it is these standard purchases that are incurring interest. Anyone know what the difference is and why I'm being charged.

Have a look at what you originally signed up for?It may be that the 0% on purchases are only for ones that are made in the first 60-90 days of opening your account? (depending on your particular deal). If so, any future purchases after this date, will revert to the standard APR % of your account.1

MBNA are unusual in that unlike most other 0% purchase card providers they require the purchases to be made within the first 60 days after opening the account to qualify for 0%. Any purchases made after that and not repaid in full are charged at their standard rate. It catches many people out.1
