I got a refund of £2500 for my cancelled holiday back onto my Nationwide Select Credit Card. Do I still get to keep my £6.50 cashback?

Debit card requires activation.
It wants a Chip and PIN use first but with Coronavirus no shop is accepting that method near me. Would and Amazon purchase do this? Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.
