Credit Card Refund for Family Booking

Hi,
Looking for some advice, guidance, info etc.
Last year I booked a family holiday on my Barclaycard credit card. Obviously due to COVID-19 this has now been cancelled and I'm going through the process of getting a refund. The only problem I have is how do I transfer my family members money back to them without myself being hit with credit card fees / interest? The holiday has been been fully paid off the credit card and I don't have any cash reserves that I can use to give them back their money.
Has anybody had this problem before and know of a way around this?
Thanks in advance.

Ask your credit card company to refund you. Well done on managing to get a cash refund..... thousands are still struggling,!#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3661

if your card balance at the moment is zero then your card will go into positive balance by the amount of the refund
ask the credit card company to transfer this positive balance to your current account0 -
If you have a outstanding balance on your credit card, then the refund will go to pay that off. There is no way unless you have a credit balance to get that refund moved to your bank account. And then pay the family off.
Tis one of the dangers of booking for more than your own household.Life in the slow lane0 -
Thank you all for your help. I do indeed have a zero balance so once the refunds come through, I will contact the credit card company to get moved to my bank account.0
