Barclaycard Customer Services - "we've just stepped out" - so how do I reset my online access?

I had a problem with Morrisons who were unable to deliver an online food order but still charged my Barclaycard.
In the process of logging on to my Barclaycard account to check whether they had reversed the payment it locked me out so I can no longer access my Barclaycard account online.
It would not let me reset this online so I have been trying to speak to someone on the telephone for the past week on the telephone number that their website gives (0800 161 5300). After waiting for a while listening to various menu choices and going through security checks it eventually comes back with the response "we've just stepped out" please call back. This has happened three times now.
I know we are all in the same boat re Coronavirus but I just wondered if anyone can come up with a working solution for me to reset my online Barclaycard access?

You could try selecting the lost or stolen option and when they answer say your card hasn't been lost or stolen but explain the situation to them and ask if theycan transfer you to someone..

If your smartphone Barclaycard app is still working, try calling them using the 'direct call'option. I've managed to call them a few times in the last week albeit with wait times of 2-3 hrs!1

I might try the "lost or stolen" option as I don't have the app installed on my Smartphone as I'm a bit paranoid about carrying any sort of banking/finance app around with me.
