Late payment now charging interest on 0% deal?
Virgin keep changing the payment date on my card. As I've got a direct debit with them this month has come out late and now they have charged me £12 for being late but more importantly they have charged me interest when I’m on a 0% interest for 16 month deal. Can they do this? Hope this makes sense!
