my card was recently stolen and money taken out of my account. because it was used at a cashpoint the bank are saying i must have had the PIN with the card and are therefore refusing to to reimburse the money. does anybody have any ideas how i can go about getting this money back? it was half my monthly salary! it didn't make me go overdrawn when the withdrawals were made but i may very well do when my rent is taken out....
thanks for any help!

Sorry, but that would be my conclusion. How else could the money have been withdrawn, no-one can guess your number. Did you give it to someone?0 -
Have you any idea how the thief got your PIN? Do you know where the card was stolen?0

Daily ATM withdrawal limits are usually capped at £250 or £300, did they do this over a number of days or are you a low earner?
