Perhaps a bit of a school boy question here, but I was wondering if you want to close down a credit card account, what do you do? Unsurprisingly closing accounts is not mentioned in any of my credit card’s user guides! Cheers in advance.

Lufthansa Miles & More Visa
Does anyone know how or where I can get a Lufthansa Miles & More Visa. Can find no information on the internet except in Martin's list of reward cards. I can find info on the Lufthansa website only about German Euro based cards. Does anyone have one of these cards chargeable in GBP? If so please let me know.
