Does anyone know how or where I can get a Lufthansa Miles & More Visa. Can find no information on the internet except in Martin's list of reward cards. I can find info on the Lufthansa website only about German Euro based cards. Does anyone have one of these cards chargeable in GBP? If so please let me know.

    Yep - just check the LH website again and it's miraculously there. I had the devil of a time trying to get one of these cards last year culminating in an offer for one for an annual fee of £40 - no thanks. Now available (MBNA issue) in standard and Platinum with no annual fee. 6000 bonus points and two e-vouchers if you're quick.
