She returned them expecting the refund but I got an email to say the refund was being refused on grounds the items were worn, and they would be returning the…

Can process server fees be reclaimed from the judgement debtor?
I applied to the court for the judgement debtor to attend court for questioning, as they had made no attempt to pay me the judgement sum.Used a process server to serve the order to attend court and their fees were £126.00. Free gift not recieved
I switched from Npower to Look After my Bills in Oct 2020. I paid £100 for dual fuel with Npower and was £370 in credit. I now pay £148! No clue why and neither have they. Anyway, a big temptation was the promise of a robot hover, ideal for my 2 bed bungalow. I still have not received it 7 months later. Numerous messages…

I bought a cooker from Curry's Pc world in May 2020. In May 2021 (today), 1 year and two weeks after delivery the cooker blows the electrics in my home and the oven will now not heat up. When I call Curry's they simply tell me that its more than 12 months and they aren't interested. It seems crazy that it's acceptable for…

Who is responsible for refund?
Hello, I bought some garden furniture from a local garden centre, brand name "LG Outdoor" and came with some EDEN cushions that claim to be stain-resistant, supposedly water-repellent and can be left out all summer long. However, we left 3 cushions out one night and it rained. Brought them in next morning to find a horrid…

Are UPS allowed to charge brokerage fees
I have purchased wine from Spain which cost EUR25 and shipping costEUR30 but UPS won't release it to me unless I pay their brokerage charge of GBP23 which in consideration of the cost of the item is extortionate and actually ammounts to the cost of the wine. I also understood the value to be well below the threshold for…

At the end of this March I purchased a brand new Lenovo Laptop from a well known online site. The laptop worked fine for 6 weeks until I spotted a tiny mark on the screen underneath the camera.
