I have waited 5 months for my furniture, it then were booked for delivery on the bank holiday Monday. Got an abrupt voicemail Thursady to say can't deliver company ran out of material will contact you again...I contacted customer service told somebody will call me back..never happened so I called again.. same as but nobody called me back...sent a complaint via email..got a call back who stated that the were sorry and will be looking after the case...got a call the following Thursday regarding delivery..came Sunday...then discovered that the arms were both damaged and the seat cushion to the chair....sent pics in via email..told somebody will call me...2 days later no call...contacted customer services who said a service call had been requested but no date....
What are my rights...I have finance for the furniture which is now due to be paid.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to reject the goods for a full refund up to thirty days following the date of delivery. Goods must be of a satisfactory quality. You are already discovering they are a difficult company to deal with. You'll have to pay the finance while waiting for the furniture to be returned if that is what you want to happen. They will most likely want to repair the damage when the service engineer calls to inspect the furniture in my experience.
