Claim for cash refund following multiple failed delivery promises?
ordered a sofa from a popup shop and we have now paid the balance on top of the earlier deposit. We have had multiple promises for delivery and they keep changing the date. Enough is enough - we have asked for a refund but they have said credit note only. Can this be right? Can we push for a cash refund? Thanks.

Good morning. Three weeks ago we purchased a complete Bathroom suite from a small business locally. We also purchased the tiles from them. The plumber has finished installing the shower tray and I have tiled around that area. I came to tile where the new sink unit will be located and found that the next box of tiles, which…

Three months later and rust is appearing and two of the bolts securing them into the paving slabs have worked loose. We're really not happy and we're going to contact…

I have now picked up my order, and I've found that the trousers are too big so I'd like to send them back. My question is,…

I don't want to try to bend them back in case they break off. I bought it from Aria PC who say "Unfortunately, physical damage is not covered…

UK customs duty on homemade gifts
I have been sent a homemade quilt by an American friend. It has no commercial value as it's made from scraps of left-over material. The value is sentimental only, as it has items embroidered on it that are are personal to me. UK Customs want £47 in duty before Parcelforce will deliver to me. This was in a letter I received…
