bosch cooker 1.5 years old - do i have rights?
Hi All, I bought a Bosch cooker from AOL 1.6 years ago. It packed up. I had thought Bosch would be better than most but doesn't seem so! Do I have any consumer rights here? Called AOL, who I bought it from, they don't care. Isn't it "reasonable" to expect a cooker to last more than 1.6 years? Thanks

Furniture Village
Hi, to summarise; we purchased a sideboard on line at just over £700. When it arrived and after the delivery crew had left we found out that the doors didn't shut if the shelves were in because there are 2 vertical struts on the inside of each door and they hit the shelf. Only solution was to remove the struts and then you…

When can I dispose of Sellers goods?
I purchased an air conditioning unit which turned out to be faulty. The company would not collect the faulty item and then totally stopped responding to my emails. I approached my bank and explained, they then accepted all my evidence and started up chargeback. I've just spoken to my bank, they told me that the 45 days for…

How long from County Court Judgement to Bailiffs arriving?
Bit of an odd question I know but have a bit of a dilemma. The house we live in is rented. It was addressed to the landlord and not to us but as the letter was already opened I just looked at it…
