I am really grateful for advice regarding my problem with this company. We bought a wardrobe from them for my daughter's room and they quoted 6 weeks for delivery. It was delivered this week (after 7 weeks wait). The drawers inside the wardrobe will not open as they are blocked by the sliding door. The fitters said we need to contact the store. The sales man who sold us the wardrobe apologised for his mistake and said that we should have bought smaller drawers but he thought the large ones will be fine. He promised to sort it out but I told him Iam not happy to wait for another 7 weeks. He promised me a call back 3 times and he never called. Went to store and he was not there and other staff were not interested at all. What should I do?

What do you want to happen:
1) Money back and buy elsewhere,
2) Keep and get replacement drawers.0 -
Ideally money back. For them to remove the wrong drawers and fit new ones they will need to dismantle the wardrobe and rebuild it again. As these things are flat packed I am not sure it will be the same again once it has been undone.0
