Distance Selling Regulations
Does anyone know if the Distance Selling Regulations, where you can request a refund (and pay or lose a delivery charge) within 7 working days, still applies if you have used an item - in this case a bed? Or is it the case that the regulations are there for you to simply look at the bed rather than use it? Thanks.

Tablet left at carphone warehouse for repair has been lost
To cut a very long story short I left a samsung galaxy tablet with the carphone warehouse for repair (it was within warranty) and they have lost it. Sent the wrong thing. What's fair?
If someone ordered a vinyl LP from the US (cost more than the CD version) and they were sent the CD by mistake, what would be fair for sorting out the mistake? The buyer got stung £13 for VAT and and outrageous £8 PO handling charge (not the seller's fault but may be pertinent if the vinyl is sent it's safe to assume the…

Vistaprint and VAT for website
Am I correct in thinking that VAT can only be charged to the value of 20% for a website hosted by Vistaprint? I know they are not a UK company but by selling in the UK and having sales above the threshold they should be bound by UK VAT laws. Rob

I bought a heat pad from Amazon. It arrived 3 days ago. I have problems with painful back spasms and when it arrived it seemed brilliant, it really did help.
