Groupon bed not as advertised

Hi there
I need abit of advice.
I brought a bed from groupon with memory foam mattress it is a storage leather bed for £249.95
I have received the bed and mattress made it and it looks nothing like the one advertised by groupon. It looks like a cheap imitation of the one advertised. I am not happy with it.
I have complained to groupon but am awaiting a reply.
What are my rights in this instance?
Thank you.

DSR is made for this reason, but the chances are you will need to pay a lot of money to return it.
Pictures on the web and adverts on tv always show products on their good side shall we say, does you Macdonalds burger ever look the same.0 -
I didn't expect the quality to be this poor had it been a £4 burger I would have let the issue go but this was £250! Discounted from £748 apparently.
Will it be worth the hassle trying to return it? And trying to claim a refund?
I have made the bed will that hinder my chances of a refund?0 -

Never believe discounted from prices, there are so many ways to manipulate these. If you pay £250 then in 99% of cases you get something worth £250 which clearly for a leather bed and mattress is going to be well in the budget space.
Only you can decide if its worth returning.
Making the bed shouldnt cause any problems as in a bed shop youd expect to see a constructed bed unless you've caused damage to it whilst trying to assemble it0
