Has anyone else had trouble with Debenhams Flowers?

I ordered some flowers for my grandmother to arrive on the 20th December. They let you select a specific date to be delivered.


I phone my grandmother today and guess what, no flowers!

They sent me a Royal Mail tracking number and this is displaying as delivered and so I check my debenhams account and it says processing??

Their phone number is only available monday to Friday so I doubt when I call they will be able to arrange a delivery for before Christmas now?!

Has anyone had any luck with debenhams flowers customer service??

Familiar story for me too I'm afraid.

Ordered flowers for delivery on Valentines day last year, nothing was delivered. To be fair, they refunded the money and gave me a credit for future use which although non delivery is frustrating , especially on what is deemed an important day, I understand that mistake happen.

However, I recently used the credit for birthday flowers, called customer services to check that it will definitely be delivered on the specified day, and surprise surprise, no delivery.

For a flower delivery service, I am utterly confused as to how they are unable to get the delivery aspect right.
