My son bought a nike training top from a sportsdirect shop but didn't keep the receipt. The stitching has come apart and is fit for the bin after only 3 weeks. Does anyone know if he is entitled to an exchange with the receipt because it is faulty? He has no way of proving it came from the shop unfortunately.

very.co.uk offered me buy-now-pay-later then took it away after purchase
Hi All, Can anyone advise me on my next move? Last month I surfed the net for a good deal on a washing machine, and found a great price on a Beko at very.co.uk (apparently their part of Littlewoods), and it also came with 1 year's deferred payment, if I pay it off within one year there's no interest. So I signed up to…

I filed an order for debtor to attend court for questioning to help me…

Formula One Autocentres
I have recently had my car serviced at my local formula one autocentre. I've used them for a couple of years and never felt that they had recommended unneccessary work, but this time I feel thoroughly ripped off. The car was serviced by them this time last year and has only done 3000 miles since, but they have re-done work…

It was working great for more…
