halifax overdrawn
Arrrrgggggggggggg Paid by wrong checkbook and have gone overdrawn on a reward account. My fault, didnt check as forgot I was issued one. They have charged me a fiver for going overdrawn. Is this a 1 off charge or do they charge me per day?

Has anyone successfully used a downloaded bill as a form of identification? In this age of paperless billing I no longer have a utility bill that I can produce as a form of identity. The utility companies want to charge me £5 for each copy!
