If I ring court up and book a date as I know there is about a 5 week wait, would I be able to cancel if I'm then adviced against BR? BR - What happens to arrears in joint names?
Hi all, My partner is going to be filing for BR soon. We have some arrears on council tax and utility bills. Can these be included in the BR if they are in joint names? Will they just chase me for the arrears instead of both of us if she includes them in the BR? I am not being named in the BR. Cheers all Ray
