Can you cancel court date??

If I ring court up and book a date as I know there is about a 5 week wait, would I be able to cancel if I'm then adviced against BR? Its just I'm fairly sure there is no other way out but just want to hear that from a credable source. The CCCS cant ring me back til Feb 6th (We have advice from them but as so much has changed they need to do a new interview on us) but if I wait til then to book court it's just gonna make the whole thing take longer!
;) Heres to a brand new start!!;)
Court date March 6th!
:j 1 week after BR and feeling pretty good!:j

Most courts are pretty busy as you know so book an appt as soon as you can...if its not a date thats handy for you they wont mind you cancelling (although to get a new appt might take even longer!)

  • just be sure to ring as soon as possible to cancel if you need to so someone else can have your appt.
