Finding a Let post BR

Just was wondering how difficult is it to find a let post BR? Any advice comments welcome.

Also does the OR contact them or just your landlord at the time of BR?

There have been lots of posters recently that have managed to find rented after bc. Landlords do not seem to be too adverse to it as they once might have been. The OR wil only contact your landlord at the time of bc.Dx
