Currently I am renting out my flat, and living with my parents. I plan to serve notice on my tennant and move back into my flat, probably during the time I go bankrupt. I have included all expenses of this in my SOA, my question is though do you think the OR will see this as avoidance of paying any IPO, I know to keep my flat it needs to be my main residence but if they look at my past I & E he will see additional income and no utility expenses.
Also how hard will it be to sign up for utilities again once I am BR? Powergen and BT

Hi lol,
No, you can live where you like, the OR cannot tell you can't live in your own flat, regardless of where you lived before. TBH, when they go through your statements they're more interested on what you did spend money on rather than what you didn't.
BT should be fine, we went BR in Mach, and went back to BT in August with no problems at all. Not sure about Powergen, but it's generally British Gas that are becoming non-BR friendly.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
