Breadmaker - replacement parts?
Hi, I threw away a loaf of bread that I made as it didn't turn out right. But the mixing blade was still embedded inside it! :o Now I've got a shiny expensive breadmaker that is sitting useless, because I have no mixing blade. I want to start making pasta salad to take to work for lunches. Ready made pizza bases and mixes.

ham and pork for 'corned beef hash
DH opened a tinn of chopped ham and pork and used about 1/3 for sarnies for work and I am wondering if I could use the rest for a type of hash ie substitute it for corned beef any thoughts anyone thanks Kathy

black-saturn's chocolate mousse
Does anyone know if it would be ok to sub the single cream with double? I got a tub of extra thick double cream yellow stickered at 45p instead of £2.30 today and that's the only thing I can think of to do with it! Also any ideas for 2 tubs of mascarpone that need using in the next day or two? I've not used it before.
