I hope everyone is having a good Saturday!
Has anyone ever made fresh pasta using Chickpea (otherwise known as Gram) Flour? If so how did it turn out?
I have 'acquired' a bag of it today and would like to have a go at making some pasta but don't want to waste it.
Any help appreciated!

Only ever used it for onion bhajias (sp ?) but they're great - always keep gram flour in the cupboard for that alone ! In fact........... might go and slice some onions and make some with lunch ! :beer:0

Thanks for the replies. I think I will try it tomorrow 50/50 with plain flour and see how it comes out!
