UC meetings
How often should an 18 year old be expected to have work searching meetings. And if the work coach is away then what happens. Son has been claiming since September 2023 and I grilled his work coach today about his sanction and have come to the conclusion she would struggle to get her shoes on the right feet if they weren’t…

We recently moved from tax credits to universal credit. My husband has been self-employed for 4 years. I'm looking for some advice on a situation I've encountered with a recent dental visit and a penalty charge notice (PCN). On April 15th, I went to a new dentist for a checkup. When filling out the patient form, I indicated that I claim Job Seekers Allowance (JSA). At the reception when I went to pay, I was informed that I…

Hi All I receive ESA, but am in debt to the tune of £10k, I have spoken to the ESA helpline to see whether I can withdraw the pension to offset most of that debt. But the helpline told me, yes I can withdraw it, I then have to tell them that I've withdrawn it, and it has then got to go to a Senior Decision Maker to whether…
