Hi,
Just a quick question I’m currently off sick from work for almost 2 months now. I just had a meeting with my manager who said I should be getting ssp as well as full sick pay which I’m on currently. Is this correct?

No sorry - there is only one sick pay entitlement. Your employer must offer this. It can offer a higher amount of course, but usually the entitlement is that flat £116.75 per week

Your employer may technically be paying you SSP and then topping it up to full pay.
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Your SSP is included within the pay you are receiving from employer. Ask the HR department for an SSP10
