logging in issues
Somehow I got logged out of MSE so had to sign in. I got a popup to say the email or password was wrong. So I pressed the "forgot password" to get a password link. Linked Bank Accounts on app
Hi, Hopefully this is a good place to request help! I've been using the 'Linked Bank Accounts' feature on the app. Every 90 days we have to refresh these connections, so I do it after 12 weeks. Each time I try this, the app says that the reconnection has been successful, but then the connection disappears. So, rather than…

Outdated CheckMyFile references
Hi, My financial adviser suggested I take a look at CheckMyFile as recommended by MSE and this page: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/check-free-credit-report/ References it but says it's £9.99 a month - their website says £16.99 a month - is there a discount mechanism or does the above page need to be updated.…

Hide the Forum Menu - Feedback
For those of you who would like the ability to disable the white drop-menu, we've added a little option on this page: Hide the Drop Menu Please note that this is very much a small fix that hides the menu where possible and may not be foolproof. We hope that our provider will at some point be able to provide more official…

Bold, italic etc
One of the things The only thing I found useful about the new editor was that if you wanted to change text to bold or italic etc all you needed to do was to highlight the text you wanted to change and a little "box" would appear next to the highlighted text from which you could choose bold or italic or whatever. That…

Auto-bump issue?
Not sure this thread was auto-bumped - [Removed by Forum Team] - but if it was, is there a way the auto-bump system could be tweaked to not bump threads which were started by a now banned poster, or are spam-like? The thread involved was one of those which seemed like a prelude to a "Here's the great tool I've developed!"…
