Linked Bank Accounts on app

Hopefully this is a good place to request help!
I've been using the 'Linked Bank Accounts' feature on the app. Every 90 days we have to refresh these connections, so I do it after 12 weeks.
Each time I try this, the app says that the reconnection has been successful, but then the connection disappears. So, rather than re-connecting, I am deleting the connection, and would need to re-add them manually anyway!
Is it possible to pass this on as feedback so someone could investigate and see if something is wrong? Or am I using it wrongly?!
