Not getting notifications on bookmarked threads

For the past couple of days I've not had any notifications of new replies on threads I've bookmarked. I've only had notifications of when I've been mentioned in a thread.

Settings are all correct:

We've had some reports of notification problems (and have seen the issue ourselves with our own accounts too), and have raised it with our software provider

To help diagnose the issue it would be really helpful if you (and anyone else affected) could give an example of a thread/post you would have expected a notification for but didn't receive one.

(It's too early to be sure, but I'm seeing more notifications this morning so it seems to be running a little better than it was yesterday)

I've only had the odd email notification for quite a few threads over the last couple of days. The threads have all had replies in varying numbers.

I've tried logging out and back in, and unsubscribing/resubscribing to each thread but nothing has helped.

@MSE_James As you can see several with new posts but nothing on the bell. There were more but I'd already gone to the bookmark list and read them. Hope this helps.

I have had no notifications since March 11th i.e. 3 days ago. Above is the last list that I have.

My notifications are now back to normal

Mine is still a bit glitchy. The bell icon reported 2 but there were new posts on 4 of the bookmarks.

Its also repeatedly reporting a new post on one topic and when you look there is only the original post.

I’ve got one notification now; it’s there when I’m looking at “All boards” and when I’m reading posts in a thread, but when I’m looking at “Latest threads” it disappears. I’ve not read the thread that the notification refers to so it should still be there.

Seems to be resolved now for me.
