Jam not setting
I've had a go at making strawberry jam today, and it's not setting after we've put it into jars. I don't think I had enough lemon juice to introduce pectin. Does anyone know why Trans Union uses such a random (I’d go so far as to say ‘stupid’) top score on their credit rating of 710, when 1000 would seem so much simpler for them and for Joe Public? I could even understand 999 as a top score at a push.
