    I have sent an email along the same lines as liu - my second claim form was acknowledged on 7th March, and my third claim form signed for on 24th April (RM's website still saying "Come back later" but confirming receipt on the phone - use SayNoTo0870). I have heard nothing about that either.

    Of course we should all be saying how brilliant CNM are so that new people keep signing up, because I'm beginning to think that that's the only way we'll continue to see any of our cashback cheques...

    Well the reply took less than 10 minutes:

    "Hi
    I can see everything was received fine. Based on the date of receipt
    your cheque will be despatched within the next 1 to 2 days. We apologise
    for the delays we are encountering at the moment, however we are
    endeavouring to get payments out sooner if possible.


    Please continue to submit your claims as normal.

    Look familiar to anyone? Notice it is a standard email which says nothing about my second question - no acknowledgment of third claim, received a week ago. We'll no doubt see anon how successful their "endeavours" are to reduce the delays...

    I have been using CNM for about 2 years and up to know they have been great. Have had no problems until this month. Didn't send my claim recorded delivery and they are saying they haven't rec'd it - no s**t !!!!! Lesson learnt! Next step is to report them to Trading Standards for investigation, as I have close links with them. What I need is for everyone who has sent them a claim and CNM have responded by saying not rec'd to PM me with your details. Name, Address, date sent etc. When I have this list I will contact Trading Standards with the evidence. Don't let them get away with this scam!

    I've just signed up to them and received phone yesterday. They obviously didn't send me the email with the cashback form on.

    I see it as a game, they put obstacles in my path, I bat them away. Remember, these are ridiculously good deals - its par for the course that I'll be phoning/emailing them loads, sending them all the form special delivery etc etc.

    I've even got a folder for my phone with all the paperwork. :o

    I've phoned them 3 times today and the lovely Joanne has been excellent. I'm sure they'll keep trying to pull fast ones, buy hey, I know I've taken a risk.

    They passed on the quidco payment for the second month in a row...but on the plus side I did get my first cheque a week ago on the day I sent off my second claim
    I think....

    I have experienced similar problems with coolnewmobile, still waiting to recieve 3rd cashback cheque sent back end of Feb, spoken to them twice on 0870 number and been told will recieve cheque in a week. Could you please tell me which e-mail address you are using to remind them you are still waiting to recieve cheque?

    I have experienced the same problems. They do eventually send out the cashback but it does take a long time. I'm still waiting on my Feb 07 cashback too.
