I am am with cool new mobile and received a cheque today 2 months after receiving the e-mail to say processed successfully. All the others have been the same so just hang on. I think they mean 56 days rather then 28 days.

You must adhere rigidly to all the T and C's.......then (if they dont go bankrupt),we should get our refunds...........

i got my first cnm cashback today,as previous poster said its around 56 days

handwritten cheque,hopefully they will sort a quicker way in future

Hi just a watch word about this mob. My first four claims went through OK although taking longer to turn up each time.Claim 5 has been lost in the post and I am now too late to resubmit it according to CNM. This has angered and frustrated me no end and have tried the customer loyalty thing etc but to no avail. Unfortunately I have taken out a new contract with said mob and the moral of this story being all claims will be recorded delivery in future.I doubt very much if i'll use them again.

Totally agree with you mate....these people deserve ALL they get.......(OR DONT GET AS THE CASE MAY BE)

As long as people forget to use RECORDED DELIVERY....our future rebates should be ok.

Got my cheque this morning, so faith restored.

CNM TandC's require that all claims be sent RECORDED DELIVERY

To be fair, they don't require it, but common sense dictates that you must use it.

I'm afraid you are wrong there................I take this as a requirement(recommendation, request,Warning!.....)

Recorded Delivery
We recommend you send all claim paperwork by recorded delivery, as proof of sending is not proof of delivery. Where an item goes missing in the post and you haven't got our valid recorded delivery signature, then the item will be regarded unclaimed.

Hi, has anyone had problems with coolnewmobile not paying and using non receipt of the claims form as an excuse. I sent mine 1st class post (not recorded) as did my father and both were claimed not to be received. I`m considering small claims court but need evidence from others who have also not been payed because of so-called "non receipt"
Any help or advice out there please?

I`m in the same boat as you, see my thred from spem4. I will consider legal action against them if I can get together enough written evidence that this "non receipt" of claims forms is widespread. What do u think
