COOLNEWMOBILE they never allowed me first cash back easy , I sent my online bill twice to them, They haven't informed about the original bill in either of their correspondence and they haven't deny the 1st claim in first instance as well. if they following their terms and conditions they should deny the claim in the first letter itself , they haven't deny the claim instead they processed the claim and I received £38.00 for my 1st cash back, instead of £60.00, in the 60 pound they took £10,00 pound for administration charge for sending the wrong bill. All the time I sent only the online bill they can't deny.
what do you think about this company ? charging £10 for sending wrong bill, no company is charging like this, if we make a mistake they shouldn't charge for £10.00, is that very cheap and greedy company, if they were genuine company, where is my rest £12.00 went. Ask Managing director to reply my questions.
if they a particular about original bills and they should give 20- 30 days breathing time to submit the original bills , but coolnewmobile.co.uk staff wrote a letter dated on 6th march reached 9th march, did you know what day is 9th march? it was Friday. It was well planned move and told us the original bill should reach by 16 th march. Is that possible to order paper bill from carphonewarehouse, next day, it is impossible at least it would take 7 working days to reach, however I took lot of effort and got the original bill and posted via recorded delivery on 16th of march , but coolnewmobile alias mobile affiliates staff void my claim because it was reached after 16th.
People should aware of these online companies do not try them you will be cheated.

Have you actually read my reply to your first post?
1) You agree to abide by certain T&Cs when you sign up
2) You break these T&Cs
3) The company ignores your breach of the T&Cs and pays out
4) You break the T&Cs again
5) The company gives you another chance
6) You bungle it (what had happened to your original bill?)
7) The company refuses to pay out
8) You blame the company, because it didn't tell you you'd broken the T&Cs the first time!
Sounds like a plot Gilbert and Sullivan would write an operetta about.
What's even more "topsy-turvy" is that if they had applied the T&Cs rigidly in the first place, you'd be worse off than you are now, because you'd have lost all of your first claim as well as all the rest.
The whole business model of these cashback deals is based around tripping you up, because if you play it right the company will make a loss out of you. If instead you need your hand holding every step of the way, you should simply not get involved with them, because all you are doing is subsidising those who are organised enough to follow the rules and get a mobile phone and a whole year's contract with lots of free minutes and text messages, for nothing. I guess I should thank you for that!Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0 -
No - not holding my breath but I do hope it arrives eventually! That's very thorough of you, but you signed up to the original T&Cs so they can't change them without making damned sure you know about it!
Yes, I wait in hope..............re the second point.......
Dont you believe it!!!....I realise what we signed up to........My pal took out a contract with someone else, they changed the Tand C's from "sending 6th month bill" to "4th month bill", without informing him....he got refused, but fought and won, after sending a copy of the original T and C's............so Yes, he won, but they changed his T and C's without informing him.....this is why I check mine each time.....The same company did the same with my brother, but he checked and spotted it(on line) in time.
I realise this is possibly against the law, but I wonder how big a percentage didnt follow through with a claim...........
Update Still no cheque, must contact them Tuesday if nothing in the post....Couponing....."every little hurts"

I received my first cash back cheque the other day, took about 2 months from sending the paperwork to actually receiving the cheque. Not the fastest of services but I am happy that I received it as I am a firm beleiever that if it looks to good to be true then it usually isn't but it is.
As for CNM not being fair, my wife sent her first claim off and muppet that she is only included the 1st bill and left the 5th in the drawer. Well they sent us a letter telling us that if we did not send it within 10 days they would void the claim, they would have been well within their rights to void it then but they didn't.
Not sure what the other cash back companies are like but I would recommend CNM to anyone organised enought to sort out the paperwork and get the claims in on time.

Clarification needed please for re-assurance.
I took out a contract with 3 via CNM which started on 23/01/07. My first bill was dated 24/01/07 showing my line rental and 18 minutes of airtime.
CNM want my 4th bill showing 120+ days connection. Because of the bill for 1 day, my 4th bill will only cover a little over 90 days. I assume the bill I should send would be the 5th actual bill showing 4 payments received, is this correct for the 3 contract? This bill will be dated around the 24/05/07.
Any advice from 3 customers on CNM appreciated. Should I email CNM of my query?

The bill you have to send in MUST show that you have been connected for AT LEAST 120 days, so, I would say in your case, it is the 5th bill.
