I can confirm Farmfoods does still qualify for cashback at Chase, considering I went in there this morning. As mention of B&M is above, I presume Heron Foods (which is owned by B&M) also qualifies for cashback?1

Heron Foods usually counts, B&M usually does not. Both accept Amex now.0 -
Has anyone tried Home Bargains? As they are similar to B&M I’m presuming not, but I’m guessing there will be a few oddities in classification to be discovered.0

Probably not a surprise but Too Good To Go doesn't work. Tried at 2 different places, one of which was a Morrisons Daily but no luck.Kim_13 said:Has anyone tried Home Bargains? Changed my default for contactless in Google Pay to my Barlcaycard cashback after I nearly used Chase out of habit. Far better to have 0.5% than miss out entirely in the few places Chase now earns 1%. With apps that have Google Pay integrated there doesn't seem to be a default setting, but it seems to use the card selected last which is OK. Should save me from making a mistake hopefully.

My way around this is slightly complicated but workable.I’ve opened a new Nationwide account with 1% on everything up to £5 a month for a year. I know Chase is 1% up to £15.I also have a curve card. I’m going to set up rules so that anything which isn’t given cashback by Chase now goes through Nationwide. So by combining the two I can get up to £20 a month cashback (although I doubt I’ll actually get the maximum). The only pain here is having to make sure I have money in both accounts. But with 5% interest on the nationwide current account up to £1500 it makes sense to move some savings into there anyway. I like to be able to use money saved not have it unavailable or if I make a withdrawal reduce my interest rate like with FD.I think this a pretty good plan.2

Chase won't offer a cashback for transactions abroad so what's the point using their card?! Time to ditch them for me, I'm also happy to boycott an American company.1 -
Just if anyone is interested, Nandos and Costco did not qualify for cashback.
No way to be certain on what still qualifies.0 -
There was previous discussion about Costco not qualifying. And eating out/takeaway does not qualify, so Nando is a dead duck I'm afraid.
