Chase Cashback changing

I did a little test the other day. I made an overseas payment with the chase bank card and noted the exchange rate on my statement. Immediately afterwards I did the same € transaction with my T212 card. T212 had a better rate than the mastercard rate. I also compared it to Wise for converting to €, who I always thought were the cheapest and they beat them too! It's a pity that Chase are almost axing the cashback and have drastically cut interest. It is not good for their business2

is there is there a list of what will give you 1% cash back at chase, for example we shop at Costco for petrol and food. They talk about the supplier code, but no idea how you can get that.0

I'm not sure anyone will know until they start using the adjusted scheme.0

In response to original question I do note if you click on the details of a current transaction it does show a category (for example my last spend was at Lidl it shows as Groceries). Not sure how reliable this is but worth a look.0 -
These changes are too much hassle, so I'm ditching and I've now got the Santander Edge card which which will give 2% for the first year, which makes the £3 per month fee much less of an issue.4

They (probably) won't be included in the cashback.Costco filling stations use a standard PFS MCC though, they probably will be included.1

seems to have the same benefits of no FX fees etc
thoughts anyone?
I've switched on round-ups and chosen to Invest them in the Amundi Smart Overnight Return GBP Hedged (Acc) fund. It's the closest thing you'll get to cash and very low risk (caveat emptor).0
