Just very annoying as going Abroad was the main reason I got the card, as that got a good amount of cashback over the 2 weeks. Any suggestions on a new card to use abroad?

Very disappointing because Chase customer service was very good with excellent security. 24/7 0800 number answered promptly and checked using the app, no nonsense with sending insecure texts that would be received by anyone who had stolen or found my phone.  Also very good with giving precise control over all aspects of its use, e.g. contactless, cash withdrawals, gambling, foreign purchases etc.  Together with being numberless and not showing my full name meant that it was completely useless to a thief or finder of a lost card.  AFAIK no other provider comes anywhere close.
However, they soon started devaluing their offerings, initially they cut the interest rate paid on debit card balances, then on their savings accounts.  As I feared, it turned out to be just Bait & Switch.
Sadly these latest changes mean that I'll just keep it as a Card of Last Resort, e.g. for the odd places that don't accept Amex or don't accept any credit cards at all.
Oh well, fun while it lasted, but it's time to move on.  Trading 212 and the NatWest Travel Credit Card seem worth investigating.

Initially it was great but now lowered interest rates, less cash back. I’ll await your new recommendation.
Shame as initially they were excellent but not so now. Savvy guy will be moving his brass…..😥

I won’t be bothering with them now. I use JamDoughnut to buy gift cards for grocery shopping and get at least 2.1% cash back each time. I first used Chase to buy the gift cards thinking I was getting extra 1% on top of JD but didn’t qualify so started using other bank card out of principal. Real pity as I used to leave it in until Christmas and then use it as a bonus. Oh well such is life

For me, the appeal of Chase being my main daily spend a/c will be gone when the new cashback rules take effect.
I'll go back to using Santander 123 credit card which gives cashback of 1% on supermarkets and 3% cashback on petrol stations/train travel, and wont need to transfer in/out £1500 every month.
Will just keep the Chase a/c as a back up with a few ££ balance in case they improve their savings/cashback rates in future.
I see this is no longer available.  The Edge credit card pays 1% (well 2% for a year) I have a 123 current account, I presume I’m eligible.

I do sometimes feel with these digital banks, there is a fanboy syndrome.

I posted this on the credit card forum but this may also help for other cashback options https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6592743/the-co-operative-bank-membership-cashback-credit-card/p1?new=1

Anyone happen to know if Costco spend will activate Chase cashback under the new rules? Ditto Costco fuel spend?

Seem to remember from somewhere that Costco might be classed as a "Club" rather than a food retailer.
I wish there was a Costco with a petrol station near me...  I reckon petrol will still qualify.  Mainly because Tesco and Sainsburys seems to show up as Fuel on my statements so they must need to use a fuel specific MCC to keep them separate.

In the shop....I doubt it but someone can test it next month.  It always get classed as a wholescale club / warehouse spend. Chase seems to classify it as grocery in my account sometimes but means nothing if the MCC isn't eligible. :(

I’m disabled and need to use taxis and thought my cashback would keep the expense down. I’d not realised that taxis didn’t count
