    It sounds to me like you ordered some trainers in a size too big (not Sports Direct's fault!) and then you expected them to pay for the error even though they didn't make it... because Yodel was too slow to deliver.

    They delivered to you late so they should replace your trainers? It doesn't make a lot of sense!

    Does anyone know if i have an order from online delivered can i return to store to exchange for a larger size ? I dont want money back just an exchange.
    i cant see anywhere online where it says about returning to store.

    Most likely as the on-line website is operated as a different part of the company to the "brick and morter" stores you won't be able to do an exchange without contacting them first.
