It sounds to me like you ordered some trainers in a size too big (not Sports Direct's fault!) and then you expected them to pay for the error even though they didn't make it... because Yodel was too slow to deliver.

Most likely as the on-line website is operated as a different part of the company to the "brick and morter" stores you won't be able to do an exchange without contacting them first.0 -
