I only hope I can stay on the old app until Santander slash the interest on my Easy Access Saver Limited Edition (Issue 3). This is currently 5.2%, but drops to 4.2% on 20th May. The customer service team will have no decision on what gets added. They won't have much of an idea if it is being worked on either. This goes for any bank.friolento said:Digital_Payback said:

True, but most staff won't have much of an idea of what is being worked on, and if they do, won't feel the need the tell the public about it. This is true for any bank. Even banks that previously released roadmaps for future updates have stopped doing so.friolento said:Lightning360 said:

With a little research, you can find out how you can communicate with the developers.

My Android app still not working on a call to Santander at the moment getting nowhere0

Santander saying they working on updates for new app.
Can't tell me anything about when it's going to work again/when I can get access to my money.
Got a lot of money with them.
They've got me to raise a complaint with them.
I've repeatedly asked to be put through to someone higher up/digital team etc, finally they going to put me through it seems.
Nothing seems to have been posted on their X/Twitter publicly saying they still have issues, although if I look at their replies I can see people can't use the app

Santander woman threatening to terminate the call on me because she doesn't want to deal with me.
I've not threatened her, used swears or anything, she doesn't like the fact I'm angry about the situation.
She said she can't hear me so I raised my voice yet I can hear her fine.
Repeatedly told her I don't have a personal issue with her it's the company.
She is struggling to find out why she can't get through to a manager and keeps putting me on hold0
