Hmm - I also got the new App this morning, but it works fine for me.
Only thing is, the old "Quick balance" widget is missing, and I quite liked that.

It's missing and won't be returning.

"Quick Balance feature no longer available

Instead of quick balance, you can set up alerts in Online Banking to let you know when your balance falls below an amount you choose. "

I have the older Santander app and the Pilot app.
Does the older app update automatically with an App Store update? I just checked and there is no update offered for mine on IOS.

It will be a phased rollout so if you don't have the update yet, you'll get it at some point in the next few weeks.

You'll get the update eventually, also you should delete the pilot app as it won't work

Pilot app is still working for me, as is the trusted old app. I can’t yet see the new app in the app store

The new App has a terrible layout, The old App had everything laid out logically and clearly. The new one looks like it was designed by a child with large crayons. To add insult to injury they want you to add other bank accounts to it, I don't think so!, I'm thinking of leaving Santander and just using my chase account or switching to one of the other online banks (after checking out their Apps.. )
