This ParkingEye sign has the £70 covered up with masking tape (or bird poo?) and nothing about added DRA fees in this contract:

This Smart Parking sign has £100 in BIG:

But nothing about added DRA fees. As per.

I wonder if planning permission requires a 3 hour stay limit?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sainsburys Enfield, from this current thread:

Absolutely NOTHING in the contract about added DRFs. Therefore £100 is the maximum.

CEL sign from this current thread:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6629183/dcbl-claim-on-behalf-of-civil-enforcement/p1

The £100 is not in anything like the largest font; certainly not on a par with the clarity of the bold framed box in the Beavis case sign.

    Nothing to quantify the DRF.

"Additional costs/recovery charges" doesn't cut it.

UKCPM sign (Atlip Centre) from this new thread:

£100 is readable but the terms aren't.
Rain-faded terms on a poorly attached sticker. Nothing to specify the sum of the supposed DRA costs.

    Parkmaven artwork.

The ten terms are in 16 point.
The small print is in 12 point.

Good luck reading any of that 10 feet high on a pole.

From this thread where one car park is sneakily split into two (wonder if the 2 PPCs are in cahoots, or connected?):

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6621963/over-looked-signage#latest

Two huge signs but an entrapment zone:

Look at the size of supposed t&cs font in the ridiculously wordy yellow sign!

Neither has the BPA roundel but these are also great examples to show the MHCLG that actual signage size doesn't matter if the font is <20 point!

Neither has anything about DRA fees of course because (to steal a statistic from the BPA) "99.7% of them don't".
