Sainsbury’s - Euro Car Parks fine (Overstay)

Hi, I’ve received a NtK by ECP as I have parked in Sainsbury’s past 16:00 on a Sunday. Their terms and conditions state that you are not allowed to park outside store hours. I have missed this as their terms and conditions are small and unreadable from 2-3 metres and you need to go under the sign to properly see. Their signage doesn’t specify any hours that the store is working. The only thing that attracts the driver is the big and bold 3 hours parking. The letter is PoFA compliant and I have received it late which on the 13th of September. I have tried Plan A and complain in-store but they’ve just told me to hat I need to use ECPs appeal system and they can’t do anything about it. I have then emailed Simon Roberts and waiting for a reply. If I don’t get a reply by one of his puppets should I use the not keeper template on the newbies thread and submit an appeal within ECPs system. I will be attaching front/back images of the letter and also two images of the signage.
I am hoping someone would help and tell me whether I have the chance to cancel this parking charge.

I’ve just realised that I didn’t remove my car reg from thats found on the backside of the letter. I believe that I can’t edit my post as a newbie.

I would also like to mention that there are different signs on the car park mentioned above which I will attach on this comment. These are much clearer on displaying the store hours, but have been put towards the exit of the car park. And this car park having a one-way system you cannot see them unless you are exiting the park.

Personally I'd ignore it and let them farm it out to DCB Legal next year, who will send a small claim which (if you simply defend, which is ten times easier than appealing) is when it fizzles out.
