    This sign from ECP that the guy I was working with almost missed the out of hours 10 minutes allowed and would have quite happily of left the car there for 2 hours.

    The sign was hidden by foliage, but the court was shown photos from six years earlier when it was still visible.

    Yet it says the 2 hours maximum stay is to "apply at all times".

    In tiny print, it says you're allowed 10 minutes outside B&Q Worksop opening hours (I believe it's in the second row of the blurry thick red writing). Apologies for the blurry image, either my eyesight's failing or the font is so minuscule even my camera gave up trying to read it.

    Sorry! No parking signs for our PCN. They'd been removed from the independent pub by the time we got the PCN.

    However, the mediator said there would have been an instruction to enter our registration on the pad inside. 

    Would Civil Enforcement ever put this on one of their signs does anyone know please? There's definitely no time limit at the place.

    Yes CEL signs have been known to say that. But what thr Mediator said means diddly squat!
