Typical UKPC 'parked outside of marked bay' ticket (caused by a neighbouring car straddling their marked bay - a similar case exemplified by the Supreme Court in Beavis, but ignored as too inconvenient by the PPC sector!). Not going to post a separate thread, but happy to report here that after following the advice of this forum from beginning to end I received a notice of discontinuance from DCB Legal this afternoon.They followed the pattern exactly, with multiple (failed) attempts at bargaining with me until today’s email (the exact deadline for court witness statements).Will be putting together a (second) SAR for them to remove all my personal data.Happy New Year 🥳3
