    I wish I had found this thread before I submitted my defence, however I followed the advice after this and refused to offer any amount during the mediation the call. I’ve yet to receive any calls asking for settlement or any correspondence. Hoping this is standard procedure and I will receive discontinuation letter. My call was on May 7th, is this standard timescale. My situation was similar to many where I paid parking and didn’t hear about the appeal decision in due time before receiving a DCBL letter.
