Just been to the court enquiry desk, DCB Legal failed to pay the hearing fee so the claim has been struck out.

Good result. Unfortunately, for the purposes of this thread, we are only counting discontinuances occasioned by DCB Legal. As this was a court strike-out, I can’t include it. Nonetheless, you’ve got this shower off **** your back. Well done. 👍

And just like buses, two come along together.… Parkingeye/CPP this time.
D was on site briefly due to a medical emergency. All was explained to CPP, but all heart, as ever, they ploughed on via caring DCB Legal!
But again they didn't cater for me and another strong determined woman 😏

And yet another discontinuation from FB from DCB Legal and NotSoSmart Parking. PCN from 4 years ago that was not received, on getting a copy it failed PoFA, as they all did back then. DISCONTINUED!
It's been quite the week for me, 3 discontinuations and 3 strike outs because DCB Legal CBA to pay the court fee! That's 6 Ds that have stayed strong against their cynical bullying and not paid a penny!
