claim from Euro car park , HM court claiming £170

I have received a claim form from the Euro car park (DCB Legal) 

I have paid my parking , but could not enter my registration properly back in July 2024 as the machine  would not allow me to enter my car reg  properly. Despite several appeal explaining and sending my  bank statement and a copy of the ticket , but  they still wanted to sue me, now I have received a claim form from the tribunal. 
Please help me on  how to proceed and the process , as i do not want  to pay as it was not my  mistake.

Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below and also post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first 

Study other recent cases from last month too, especially those regarding faulty machines etc

Your case will mirror the previous cases

You wont be paying anything

Typical POC, including the alleged breach,  issue date 28th August so complete the AOS online stage later this week,  Wednesday onwards would be good,  by logging into your government gateway account and going to MCOL when doing it 

Look at other recent similar ECP DCB Legal cases and plagiarise their paragraphs 2 & 3

They did agree that that they  received the payment and  the screenshot of the payment not allocated , but they are still  willing  to charge me.

Where can I look for similar ECP DCB Legal cases and plagiarise their paragraphs 2 & 3, as suggested above. 
In the government gateway, can I use the same credentials  that I use for my tax return , or create a  new one ?

So your defence is that the correct and full payment was made, that the defendant believes that the payment machine was faulty, a common countrywide problem , that you put them to strict proof that the claim is valid etc

You look through perhaps 20 pages of recent cases looking for their defence paragraphs,  research , study  etc

If you have a government gateway account,  use it, no need for more than one
