    Morning all

    Really sorry to bother you again . I received the below "Notice of trial date " dated the 21st of May, despite the fact I received a Discontinuance notice from Euro car park through email on the same day.

    Is that a mistake that the court has not receive the notice in time , or should I still sent my Witness statement which is due on the 26th May.

    I believe it is a mistake, but I rather confirm with you .

    Phone the court and see if the hearing has been vacated

    If its not vacated, email the WS to the court and DCB LEGAL, in order to comply with your court order
