I suggest that you follow the process,  AOS takes a few minutes,  there is no rush but doing it extends the deadline

Hi there  have jus just  submitted my  defence , the issue date of my claim was 28 Aug 2025.  I did sent AOS .. does that mean  that submitting my defence on the 26th September  means that i am late by 1 day . 
Can you please advice , what  should I do ,
The system has allowed me to submit my defence

Issued on 28th august,  AOS completed online,  your defence deadline was 33 days later,  so Tuesday 30th September at 4pm, so no problem doing it earlier,  if its in , it's in ( if you submitted it on MCOL   )

I have just filled my N180  form which  I am going to  email   to DQ.cnbc@justive.gov.uk
do I have to sent  a copy to Euro Car Park LTD solicitor as well ?. Do I need  to search for their address  or sent them a copy  by registered  post ?

On the "notice of  Proposed Allocation  to the small Claim track"  there is no details of  Euro Car  park Ltd email/office address.
