    Dcb really are comical. They fire claims to Northampton. They hope people will ignore and recieve an Instant CCJ , OR Panic and pay. Its a numbers game for them. Fight them and every time they fold. Absolute time wasters..Court time, my time, ,postage.. keep up the great work.

    Since the OSNER/BPA fake add-on started, we must wonder how many motorists have been fooled into paying being misled by the debt collector or solicitor. Every motorist who paid was never told the add-on was a fake invented by OSNER and the BPA

    Just like the car finance scandal, the FCA sould investigate the fake add-on scam that millions have already paid in fear of going to court or a CCJ. Refunding the fake should be a priority.

    And, just like Restaurants who add a service charge which you are not obligated to pay, if a motorist decides to pay after they receive a letter with the fake add-on, they should deduct the fake, Will the rogue traders then take the unpaid fake to court ?
