They started at£327 , I offered 50p and would not budge. They then folded. Time wasters.

DCBL are known timewasters. Mr Croot is having a busy time of late as he discontinues rubbish cases
The pub landlord should have searched before taking on Smart. If he/she does not get rid of them, the pub may well go bust

You are bang on the money.. The carpark was always busy, now you are lucky to see 3 parked cars. Same company are chasing my brother, the brewery know we paid for drinks, yet dcb plod on . I will post his discontinue notice soon,because he's had his mediation call and offered £zero. Jokers.

Their best offer at mediation was £190, she offered £20 and then it failed. Call that negotiation??
Now they've got nothing.
